Under a canopy of historic Texan live oak trees is the perfect place to say “I do!” Our beautifully landscaped venue with lush rolling fields provides a backdrop that balances elegance with modern sophistication. 

 

Following the ceremony celebrate in style under the elegant, white reception tent. Festoon lighting and a wooden chandelier illuminate the tent and white fabric drapery creates a classic setting. Watch your guests relax in one of our many provided lounge areas, or take fun quirky pictures in front of our exclusive floral wall. Transition to our main hall for a luxorious sit down dinner and dance the night away!

Exclusive Wedding package includes the following:


- 10-hour venue access (you select the 10 hours between 8AM-12AM)

*Includes set-up and teardown time. Music shut off by 11PM for sound ordinance.

- 1-hour ceremony rehearsal access day prior (*Booked upon event schedule)

- 1,300 sq ft indoor cocktail hall with built in corner bar, 2 modern lounge areas, floral photo wall

- 40' x 60' permanent tented reception/cocktail deck with white draped tent liner, chandelier and perimeter string lighting

- 3,400 sq ft indoor reception hall with built in bar

- Wooden farm dining tables

- Chairs for up to 250 guests

Monday-Sunday* $2,500

Petite Weddings are booked no more than 4 months prior for requested Friday & Sunday dates in peak seasons.

Monday-Thursday dates can be booked immediately.

*Saturdays and use of indoor reception hall are excluded from Elopement Package.

ELOPEMENT PACKAGE DETAILS

Stonehouse Villa's elopement wedding package is specifically designed for couples looking to exchange their vows in a small intimate setting.

Say “I do!” under our canopy of live oak trees and have a light reception or cake cutting with toasts under our tented reception deck.

The elopement wedding package is appropriate for up to 50 guests maximum.

Elopement Wedding package includes the following:


- 7-hour venue access (4 hour event, 2 hour setup, 1 hour breakdown)

Additional hours cannot be added.

- Furnished entry foyer with round glass guestbook table & modern lounge area

- 1,300 sq ft indoor cocktail hall with built in corner bar, 2 modern lounge areas, floral photo wall

- 40' x 60' permanent tented reception/cocktail deck with white draped tent liner, chandelier and perimeter string lighting

- Max. 10 wooden farm dining tables with 50 white padded chairs; including centerpieces: blue/grey tweed runners, large glass vase filled with seed, LED candle & flower, 6 votives per table.

- Outdoor ceremony site with wooden benches

- Private Bridal & Groom suites

- 5 luxury unisex restrooms, 1 luxury ladies restroom, 1 luxury mens restroom

- Catering prep kitchen

- On-site manager

- In-house event coordinator available for an additional fee

- Set up of tables, chairs and benches on venue pre-selected layout
