Stonehouse Villa has a rich history dating back to 1923 when built by a single stone mason from Dripping Springs. Originally used as a masonic lodge, it has been transformed into a luxurious and elegant wedding venue with a blend of interior design and the authentic Central Texas atmosphere.
The owners of Stonehouse Villa are interior designers who fell in love with Driftwood, TX and utilized their design expertise to create a wedding venue that combines modern sophistication with the charm of the hill country. The solid limestone property adds a touch of natural beauty and authenticity to the venue, while the chic decor and gorgeous views enhance the overall experience for our couples and their guests.
Stonehouse Villa offers a unique blend of historical significance, architectural beauty, and contemporary design, making our venue a memorable and picturesque wedding location in the Texas hill country.

Historic Stonehouse
Upon arrival, guests will enter through the historic stonehouse foyer, which serves as the perfect place for guestbook sign-in and gift and card drop-off. The original exposed wooden beams and 100-year-old limestone walls set the tone for the beginning of a magical night.

Set under a majestic canopy of historic live oak trees, this location creates the perfect backdrop for your "I Do's!" The manicured and landscaped setting offers a natural space that can also be personalized according to your taste. As guests await your walk down the aisle, they can take in the breathtaking hill country views surrounding them.

Our entry foyer leads into our 1,300 square foot cocktail hall, which includes multiple lounge sets providing ample seating for guests. Adorned with chic wall art and a unique floral installation exclusive to Stonehouse Villa, your guests will find the perfect spot to enjoy the cocktail hour.

Leading out of the cocktail hall's French doors is our stunning tented deck. With its white drapery, string lighting, and chandelier, it creates the perfect setting for additional cocktail hour space, a seated dinner, an unforgettable dance party or a beautiful ceremony rain plan!

Treat yourself to a stress-free engagement and flawlessly executed wedding day! Upon signing the contract, we offer unlimited email/phone calls, as well as multiple sit-down meetings to discuss all the details, itinerary, layout, decor placement, etc. We guide you through the process of choosing vendors by providing tailored recommendations that align with your needs and budget (please note that we do not negotiate contracts). Additionally, we provide plenty of helpful planning and checklist documents to assist you throughout the entire planning process giving a lending hand the whole way!

Month of Coordination

Our month-of coordination service includes unlimited email/phone calls with the coordinator during the month leading up to the wedding, along with one sit-down meeting beforehand to discuss all the essential details like the itinerary, layout, decor placement, etc. While all vendors are selected and booked by the couple without coordinator assistance, we diligently gather and organize all the information planned to bring your wedding vision to life! This service is ideal for couples who prefer to plan on their own but require wedding day assistance to ensure everything runs smoothly.

With either package we will also...
• Send an in-depth “coordination questionnaire” to address questions about vendors, overall vision, flow of the day, decor placement, etc.
• Create a layout and timeline for the event, which we will send to you and all vendors. We will also confirm their arrival times and expectations, ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
• Coordinate rehearsal at the venue either the day prior or on the wedding day. (we do not attend anything outside of the venue.)
• Oversee any deliveries and guide vendors to their setup locations.
• Setup and ensure proper placement of all decor brought in by the couple before the ceremony. We will also help pack up all decor after the reception.
• Manage the timeline of the entire wedding and continuously coordinate with vendors for each event, including transportation arrangements.
• Organize the processional line up for the ceremony and provide directions to both the wedding party and family members regarding where to stand or sit.
• Pack food and overnight bags in the send-off vehicle after the reception. Additionally, we will handle the distribution of favors and send-off materials, and assist in transporting all gifts to the specified vehicle of a family member or friend.
• We also provide a day-of-emergency kit, just in case!
