Stonehouse Villa was built in 1923 by a single stone mason out of Dripping Springs. It was a masonic lodge for years and a staple in the small community of Driftwood, TX.
Stonehouse Villa was created by interior designers that fell in love with Driftwood, TX and it's charming community. When you mix interior design and an authentic Central Texas atmosphere; you get a luxury, elegant wedding venue with chic décor and gorgeous views.
Our beautiful solid limestone property combined with our design aesthetic and experience offer a modern sophistication to the Hill Country Wedding Experience.

In House Wedding Coordination - $1,750
Treat yourself to a stress-free engagement and a flawlessly executed wedding day! For the Bride & Groom who wants to put together the big picture, but leave the logistics to someone else (that’s not your friends and family). We have a network of professional vendors to help make suggestions to make the most of your budget. Once we know your plans we’ll organize a timeline and flow of the day, coordinate details with vendors, create a layout, and execute the big day!
Month Of Wedding Coordination - $1,050
For the Bride & Groom who has the big picture planned and all of the vendors booked, but needs someone to execute the big day and make sure everything goes off without a hitch! We like to do more than just “day of” so we really get the chance to know you better and your vision! It gives us ample time to communicate with all vendors and make sure everything is organized!
Decor Setup & Breakdown Services - $500-$1,000
Take the stress out of wondering who you are going to designate to set up your wedding decor and let us handle it! Pick out and purchase your own decor, let us know your vision and sit back and enjoy! Price varies based upon amount of decor.

CATERING REQUIREMENTS FOR STONEHOUSE VILLA
Stonehouse Villa has an approved list of caterers to work during events. Clients may select a caterer from the approved list or present a different caterer to management for approval. The Caterer must be contracted as “Full Service” and be a licensed and insured caterer and able to follow our requirements listed below, no exceptions. Banquet tables and linens can be available for catering by Stonehouse Villa for an additional fee if requested.
Required Services For Catering Company:
- Caterers are REQUIRED to stay on site for the entirety of the event and must be contracted as Full Service.
- Food Trucks are welcome as long as you hire additional service staff to remain on site for clean up.
- Our well water is non potable and very hard due to limestone minerals. We recommend client or caterer provide drinking water and ice.
- Caterers must provide at least one staff member for every 40 guests during service.
- Caterers are responsible for busing tables and taking trash bags to on-site dumpster. We provide trash cans and liners.
- Catering staff responsible for stacking dining chairs and cleaning dining tables at conclusion of event.
- We require at least 1 vendor meal for manager on duty.
TO BOOK STONEHOUSE VILLA
1 half of venue rental is due upon signing the contract, plus $500 security deposit.
2nd half of venue rental is due 120 days prior to event, including cleaning fee.
A contract can be sent electronically through dotloop.com or signed in person. We accept all major credit cards, check or cash.
The security deposit is refunded 15 days following the event in the form of a check, less any damages to the property.
We do not require you to take out wedding insurance. No additional taxes or hidden fees.
