  • Venue will be clean and sanitized upon arrival and venue staff will be sanitizing commonly touched surfaces during the event.

  • We have the ability to host an indoor reception for up to 200 socially distanced seated with dance floor space or an outdoor tented reception for up to 130 socially distanced with dance floor space, which is decided upon by the client. If going over these numbers layout will not be considered socially distanced.

  • If dinner and/or dancing is hosted indoors we will be requiring certain doors to remain open for the event for proper air filtration.

  • We're encouraging clients to have assigned tables for dinner to keep household groups seated together.

While masks are no longer mandated within the state of Texas, we are still requiring guests to wear a mask when going through food buffet lines. It is up to the couple to determine where and when they want to require mask wearing for guests, but we strongly encourage and recommend masks to be worn at anytime when indoors (unless seated at dining table) to keep your guests and vendors safe!!

  • We can have designated safe areas reserved for any at-risk guest who is attending.  Please pre-request if needed, or notify a staff member upon arrival if possible.

    • Ceremony: Chairs set up under tent away from other guests, completely shaded.

    • Cocktail Hour: Lounge area in front foyer is 100% reserved for any at-risk guest away from other lounge areas.

    • Dinner: Separate dining table and chairs can be set up away from other dining guests either in front foyer, cocktail hall or outside under tented reception deck upon request.

  • Client hired catering team is required to follow TX Health Guidelines for serving food, such as serving guests at the buffet and eliminating any self-service stations.
